A conversation
We start by talking. Where you are, what brought you here, what you are hoping for, and what concerns you have. I will tell you honestly whether this work is a good fit for you at this time.

Preparation
Preparation is where the real work begins. We build trust, set intention, and get your nervous system ready for the experience. Preparation also covers safety: medical history, medications, and anything else that could affect your experience or outcome before the medicine is on the table. You will know what to expect, what the medicine can feel like, and how we will work together on the day. And the journey does not happen until yes fully resonates with you.

The journey
Your administration session happens at a licensed Colorado healing center. I am with you the entire time. Not directing your journey, walking alongside it. My job is to hold a space safe enough that you can put your guard down and go where the medicine takes you.

Integration
The ceremony does not end when the journey ends. Integration is where insight can become lasting change, and it is where I see the deepest transformation happen. One integration session is included, and we continue for as long as it serves you.

I hold every journey within the container of ceremony: a space where intention, reverence, and awareness guide the experience.
Set & setting
Your mindset and the space around you set the tone. A single candle and a room that feels safe and sacred.
Intention
The heart of ceremony. A clear, heartfelt expression of what you are ready to explore, heal, or release. Intention brings direction instead of waiting on random insight.
Music
A thoughtfully curated playlist that deepens your experience and supports your intention, carrying you gently from one state of awareness to another.
Integration
Transforming the mystical into insight and lessons to weave into your everyday life.

This work happens within Colorado's regulated Natural Medicine program. Journeys take place at licensed healing centers, with me, a trained facilitator, after screening and preparation. It is structured, safe, and legal here.
