Stefanie Goldman
Natural Medicine Facilitator

Stefanie Goldman is a Colorado-licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator in training committed to guiding safe, intentional, and ethically grounded psychedelic experiences. With over two decades of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life transitions, she brings depth, steadiness, and relational attunement to her work.
Stefanie's background in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems shapes the way she holds space: with warmth, structure, and deep respect for each client's inner wisdom. Her approach integrates psychological insight with intuitive presence, creating a container where meaningful exploration and integration can unfold at a natural pace.
Stefanie approaches this work with integrity, compassion, and reverence for the healing process and the wisdom of the medicine.

Not a departure. A continuation.
I became interested in counseling because I genuinely wanted to help people. I came to trauma work through my own struggles, my own grief and loss, and the realization that I can sit with others in that space. Over time, I began to see that healing needed to be more than diagnosis and symptom reduction. I became interested in the spiritual, existential, and transformative dimensions of being human.
I felt limited by Western medicine. The move to natural medicine was not a departure from my path. It was a continuation of it. Natural medicine is another way of helping people access parts of themselves that are difficult to reach through insight and conversation alone. Locked away memories and feelings. Deeply hidden truths and knowledge within ourselves.
When Colorado opened the door to this work, I moved to Denver for a year of deep learning and immersion. I sat in classes, ceremonies, and circles with wise teachers, medicine workers, healers, and energy practitioners. Every tradition carried its own way, sometimes complementary, sometimes contradictory. What I found is that the true craft is discernment: listening for what resonates, honoring what feels authentic, and letting practice evolve from there.
